What do we breathe?

Air pollution is very much a global issue, and despite our great efforts, the air is still getting worse. Air currents in the atmosphere spread dust and carbon monoxide around the globe, so no matter where you live, you are never truly protected.

We are surrounded by harmful toxins and pollutants both outside, and especially in the comfort of our own home. According to the American Lung Association, with each breath, we inhale tens of thousands of dust particles. With this new data, the EPA has ranked indoor air quality among the top five environmental risks to public health. Also consider that the average person spends 85-90% of their life indoors, and you will begin to realize the seriousness of the situation. The gradual build up of dust, mold, bacteria, and toxins will eventually have devastating effects on our collective health, as well as our individual quality of life.
