Zepter Lifetime Warranty

Zepter ensures all clients a lifetime gurantee for repairs and exchanges of the Zepter 18/10 stainless steel products, should this be necessary due to material flaws or manufacturing defects.

For thermocontrollers and thermocomputers, Zepter guarantees a warranty of 18 months (Please do not place these items in the oven or on hot surfaces as composite plastic will melt).

For parts made of rubber, plastic, wood, and composite materials, Zepter guarantees an 18-month waranty.

This guarantee will not apply to:

...aesthetic changes arising due to proper normal use, which do not influence functionality

...damage caused by improper use on the part of the buyer
(the above warranty assumes proper use)
