Zepter Lifetime Warranty

Zepter ensures the buyer a lifetime gurantee for repairs or exchanged of the complete Zepter 18/10 stainless steel products, should this be necessary due to material, fabrication or functioning faults.

Zepter gurantees that handles and buttons made of special synthetic materials will be replaced.

For the Thermocontroller and Thermocomputer Zepter guarantees a full waranty for 18 months. (Please do not place them in the oven or on hot surfaces.)

For parts made of rubber, plastic, wood and testiles, as well as for installed electrical parts Zepter guarantees an 18 month waranty.

This guarantee does not refer to:
...optical changes arising through normal use, which do not influence functioning
...damage caused by improper use on the part of the buyer
