Important Warranty Information

Zepter International (USA), Inc. provides lifetime limited warranty on stainless steel cookware products.

Plastic parts of the handles and thermo-controllers have 18 months warranty.

VacSy product line has 18 months warranty.

Elecrical Units:
Warranty - 1 year from the date of purchase for Bioptron, CleanSy, AquaJebbo, TherapyAir.

Zepter International (USA), Inc. will exchange or repair the electrical units in warranty which were purchased form Zepter International (USA), Inc. with proof of purchase as a result of any defects in material or workmanship or if damaged in shipping and reported to us at the time or receipt.

The warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper use or care of the product whether intentional, negligent, or accidental.

There is no official return or refund policy. Returns for partial refunds may be possible if all purchased products are returned in untouched condition. Please contact your representative for details.
